Any dispute, controversy or claim shall be settled exclusively by the courts of Hong Kong, in accordance with Hong Kong law.
COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS
The customer acknowledges that SCARLET LIMITED has title in the trademark ”Julia Koo” and “Sacred Peace” and that SCARLET LIMITED has copyright in any and all products, designs, software, marketing material etc.
The copying or reproduction of material available on juliakoo.com in any form is prohibited.
INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY
We try our outmost to secure that all information on sacredpeacehome.com from any inaccuracy in the information on this web site or from interruption in availability.
LIABILITY

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
TIME, METHOD & COST
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order, exceptions to this are STOCK AVAILABILITIES or external factors causing delays.
We offer a flat rate charge of $35 USD for shipping. Deliveries should be received within 7-10 days. We use EMS Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) for all shipments for your security and speed. You will receive a unique tracking number with your order confirmation by e-mail. You can check the current status of your delivery by entering the unique number in the menu option TRACKING YOUR ORDER on the EMS or UPS website. Deliveries are made to your address on workdays between 8 am and 5 pm (local time).
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are not able to offer delivery to more than one address per order, or to post-office boxes. We will happily deliver to an address different from the billing address.

All orders are packed in our JULIA KOO gift boxes, which ensure protection during shipment.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
When you order from juliakoo.com, the delivery is made as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that the product price includes any import taxes and customs duties. This also applies to overseas shipments.
INSURANCE & LOST GOODS
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from SCARLET LIMITED to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. It is also necessary that you contact us within 7 days if the box or the items inside are damaged. We will then take the necessary actions towards EMS or UPS.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail containing your order confirmation and an EMS or UPS tracking number. With this number you can stay updated on your shipment by entering the number in the field.
PURCHASING & PAYMENT
Eligibility to purchase
Only individuals who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the site according to USA and UK law are eligible to purchase merchandise through sacredpeacehome.com.
In order for you to make your purchase at sacredpeacehome.com, you will be requested to register your personal details on the site. These personal details are your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. When ordering merchandise, you will also be required to provide payment details, and you warrant that the provided payment details are both valid and correct. Furthermore, you confirm that you are in fact the person referred to in the billing information provided.
juliakoo.com is available only to individuals who meet the terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card accepted by juliakoo.com and who have authorized juliakoo.com to process a charge - or charges - on their credit card in the total amount of the purchase. Purchases made on juliakoo.com are exclusively for the buyer’s personal or gift use and are not to be used for resale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. JULIA KOO reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Placing your order
Shopping at juliakoo.com is easy as well as enjoyable:
• Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size (and color) and click on the “ADD TO CART” button.
• Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on “SHOPPING BAG” in the menu. You can click on “REMOVE” to delete items from your shopping bag.
• If you wish to resume your shopping, click “CONTINUE SHOPPING”.
• Click on “CHECK OUT” and follow the steps to complete your order.
Acceptance of your order
Immediately upon the completion of your order on juliakoo.com, you will receive an e-mail recognizing that we have received your order. When your purchase is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and an EMS or UPS tracking number.
Stock availability
All items on juliakoo.com are available unless “out of stock” is displayed.
Payment method
juliakoo.com accepts PayPal, Visa (USD), and MasterCard (USD). The payment will be debited your account when we dispatch your order.
Security

Return Policy
Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria.
- items must be in their original unused condition;
- items must be sent in their original packaging with the swing tags attached
- Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
- returns must include a completed JULIA KOO return form (to be found with the delivered goods) and the JULIA KOO (Scarlet Limited) invoice
- items must be sent in one single shipping; we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent separately.
We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
JULIA KOO (SCARLET LIMITED) will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process.
Please note that all refunds and exchanges must be made through our website, no goods bought via the online store may be returned to any other JULIA KOO outlet.
We will refund the original credit card charged only. (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately).
JULIA KOO (SCARLET LIMITED) accepts no responsibility for any returns lost in transit and therefore recommend all returns be sent by registered post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.
Please note that your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from receipt of your return.
Once we receive process and accept your return, you will receive an e-mail, which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be processed according to the criteria stated above.

Return a Faulty Product
All our goods are subject to a 12 month guarantee from the purchase date. Furthermore customers have a 2 years right to invoke lack of conformity according to USA Sale of Goods Act. If you detect a fault with your goods within this period, we will replace it, if the item is available in stock, or repair it if possible. If neither replacement nor repair is possible, we will refund the cost of the item. Please contact our customer service for returns of faulty product. Proof of purchase may be required.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Please contact our customer service if you wish to change your order. You can only change your order if you have not yet received an e-mail confirming that your order has been dispatched.
If you have already received the confirmation of dispatch please refer to our returns process.
REPAIRS
Where possible goods may be repaired on request but only where such goods are deemed faulty and repairable. Please contact our customer service for request on repairs.
